Who do we think we are......

our concepts

We Are Local.

La Nouvelle Fille cakes & catering searchers out local independent farmers and wine makers. We firmly believe a chef is only as good as the ingredients she or he uses. We want to be the best... so we find the best.

Hiding Behind Nothing.

La Nouvelle Fille, “the new girl” in french, is owned and operated by young entrepreneurs  who want to make a difference in the consumer market. Working with other up and coming small business owners La Nouvelle Fille has created a network of young and passionate professionals delivering impeccable flavour profiles, outstanding service and quality products to Edmontonians without breaking the bank

Chef + Yippie = Cheppie?

The concept of a “Yippie” calls for the creations of alternative, counterculture institutions for example a food co-ops. We are creating an alternative to the “easy-boxstore-catering” option by  supporting farmers and gardeners that work towards sustainability. Involving ourselves in community projects and providing people with ethical alternatives not only makes us feel warm and fuzzy inside but also enables us to utilize  the highest quality products with an economical price tag. . .

Now what does this really mean?

Honestly...It means is a hell of a lot more hard work for La Nouvelle Fille but its totally worth it.
